Forerunner Learning Centre aims to provide students with a supportive and exciting environment in which to develop their skills.
We strive to help students explore their interests and passions, and help them to develop skills in the areas of communication, teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving and creativity. Through our work, we aim to promote an inclusive and supportive environment and to ensure that all students are provided with the opportunity to participate and learn in a safe and stimulating environment.

Our History
The school was founded in January 2020, by Lara Ndlovu and Lynette Liebenberg. Lara Ndlovu was a teacher, parent and Member of the Board for the previous school Forerunner Preparatory School. When the former school was closed by the chairman of the board in December 2019. Lara and Lynette decided to take on the responsibility of the staff and children. Forerunner Learning Centre opened its door with 33 students, 3 teachers and 1 administrator.
Who we are
We are a non-profit community bassed learning centre that aims to cater to the children in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, faced with learning challenges. Our learning centre provides a safe environment where the children can learn and prosper without judgement from their teachers or peers.
What we do
Our teaching methodology is designed to cater to the individual child to adress their specific learning challenges. our goal is to improve learning outcomes, instil confidence and provide children with skills that they can use in their daily lives.
